I know companies that pay MORE for the hispanic workers than for american workers.

My co. pays great wages to our hispanic people. Machinists make great money, so the Hispanics that work here with us make great money at an hourly rate. plus they get O/T every week. They all drive nice newish vehicles..

i just think that people ( in general ) are painting the picture that ALL Hispanics earn low wages, and it isn't true at all. maybe some but, not all.
