HTC Wizard... ooh la la

You can change out the center console with one that has suitable/useable drink holders in it, was a thread off of VWVortex or TDIclub about Part Numbers and such. Or keep the cup between your legs and place the cell phone in the cup holder and bluetooth the @.

you don't make any sense.. I was refering to the cup holders in my Jetta being right over my radio. So If I accidently spill something it gets all over the radio

i think the vw is one of the best german made car. we trade in a 99 passat with no joke 185k miles only spend money on oil change and break pads and tires never replaced the timing belt or other stuff. that car was bad .and still got 5500 for a trade in. i miss the 1.8turbo motor is a bad motor.

Worked on a '02 Passat 1.8T, oil pump starvation due to oil coking problems, toasted the head, shredded the T-belt. If you don't change your oil religiously the same will happen, seems that in the Passat they use a small oil sump or something so the turbo cooks the oil, teenage driver is probly to blame as well.

As for the Jetta, if you have power windows they will fail if the updated parts weren't installed... and the glove box hinge will break soon enough... plus keep an eye on your brake pads as they go rather quickly... shocks/struts only last 60k miles.. and what to do about those interior rattles as an aftermarket head and stereo can only do so much?
