I got up closer and it was a tattoo... lol, but i would prolly keep mine in a pocket inside my jacket

I have trouble with the comfort level when my cell phone is in that pocket. I'm sure the firearm would be worse

well I wouldn't want to carry it under the back seat.. Cause it's way to much trouble to stop and get it out... I usually ride with a backpack so I'd keep it in there with my purse

depends on the situation, if it is accidental, and you correct it quickly, there is no foul.

There has been lots of talk about this on some other boards. Some prefer shoulder holster and others small of back holster. Both seem like they would be comfortable on the bike but I would not like to wreck with some kind of steel object against my back but, during the summer I would not want to wear my jacket everywhere either. Tuff decision.

Possible best solution is to transfer the pistol from your trunk to your holster discretely when you are off the motorcycle. Most people are not paying attention at that point anyways. So, if it looks like you are grabbing your wallet to put it in your back pocket nobody will really notice.

You can carry your gun in plane view in Texas as well. Just be prepared to be asked to remove your weapon. For it to be concealed is the illegal part unless you are licensed to do so. I am no expert on this topic though.... and consulting with your lawyer would be a wise choice before becoming a cowboy.

Being printed is some what questionable. In Texas summers it is difficult to not be printed but, most people who know how to print are not to concerned about it anyways unless it is overly obvious.

In a zipped pocket nowhere near my spine... Be careful with IWB holsters as the jacket can ride up revealing the grip, then if you do go down you have a firm machined piece to impact your hip bone... No matter what it will be a pain to access due to both concealment and retention, so use the throttle or brakes first and if that fails use if needed...

Like I said... being printed is a questionable deal... defining ordinary observation and a reasonable person is your biggest defense. Although, all this should be spoken with your attorney before going and getting yourself into deep waters.
