2010 Bimota DB7R Diavolo Rosso

Weighing in at a hefty $59,950 (36,500) the Diavolo gets a load-bearing carbon-fibre frame, swingarm, and matching carbon-fibre fuel tank, a GPS dash from GET Electronic Systems that provides all the usual data, plus lap times. There's also a GPS-driven 2-D track map with enough storage for up to 100 of your fave racing circuits (I don't even know 100 - Ed).

With a claimed 164 bhp and a dry weight of just 164 kg the Diavolo hits the golden 1:1 ratio of weight against horsepower.

1:1 ratio.

nice! that means compared to a jet fighter if the bike had thrust(and wings) t it would keep climbing, where as the jet would stall out!

wait...1 to 1 ratio? you dont need wings...put enough power behind anything ..and it will fly.

compared to 2 mil for the P.O.S. buggatti. i know where my 59 thou would go.

If I only had that kind of cash.

Its only worth it when you are so rich that you can not only afford to buy it, but, more importantly, afford to crash it.

I saw that bimota along with the following phrase "the devil wears carbon fiber" on the cover of the magazine so I immediately picked up it to read it. Staggering bike, if you want an exclusive bike this is the one to have. The price tag is a hefty $56000 usd, would I really dare to pay such an amount of money for it if I truly had the funds?

HMmmmmmm, lemme think..

35~40 K for an electric racer (E-racer) OR 50 K for a carboned "real deal" cumbustion engined bike.
