Stunter Drama

Lets face it there is more to all the story than just ASI closing down. Ive been helped and supported all of you but here are some things I dont understand.

Most of the people I see arguing about finding cant even wheelie much less in a parking lot so why does it matter to you? Its its just to get a free show why not hang out and support one of the local teams? Is the few dollar entry fee gonna break your bank to help pay for the guys putting themselves and their bikes at risk?

Hey Grubs which side of the fence are you gonna pick? In one thread you talk about finding a public spot and in the next your agreeing with Jordo and I about how a private spot would be better with less people being in your way so you can work on new things.

K5, After you made the threads on stuntride.com bashing houston stunters because everyone was stuck up and didn't want to help you learn. Yet during this time and after we all still supported you while you continued to learn.

Garret, Why are you telling me people that you dont like stuntgarbage because we never invite you to ride? If I remember right Jordo paid you almost $500 to do a show with Sonny a few months back.

SouthSideWheelieFactory, Im hoping everything was settled last week.

Mekrew, I know where your coming from when you say Houston stunters need to come together. The Houston stunt scene is rather large. If anyone besides StuntGarbage would travel to Stuntwars, Yo Face, or compete in an XDL you could hear people like Nick Apex, Kane, Bill D, Streetfighterz, etc, etc.... talk about how the stunt scene looks pretty big here.

At least three of the threads last week were claiming that Team A was just as good as Team B or Rider A was just as good as Rider B. If your on that level compete and make money. Travel to the comps and make a name for yourself instead of starting drama on a local forum that isnt going to do anything but make you look cool to your close friends and make any shop that "might" be thinking about sponsoring you think twice or perhaps change their mind all together.

Some of you might say you dont have money to travel or whatever your excuse may be, Dec 5th www.haraces.com is hosting a stunt comp in Houston. If your as good as you think you are show up and take home some money and respect!

+1111 i agree....

riding is alot more fun without animosity between riders. everyone would benefit from "let tha riding talk"... if everyone would ride together and maintain a certain level of respect, we could all push each other and really put htown on tha map. i know im not from houston, but its definitely my closest riding spot, and tha resident gangstas are the only people i ride with.

No spot will ever be as big as asi was. 95% of the people there never even heard of motohouston. Just because I said I would make a spot public on motohouston doesn't mean that I can't practice And learn new tricks.. Right ??? I'm sure I can concentrate with 5 ppl watching me off motohouston instead of being rude and telling them to leave.

And to be honest I don't know what side of the fence I'm on. Sometimes you and everyone can be real cool but then there are other days we see eachother and don't even talk.. How can I side with the "pros" when I don't even get a text to come out ?? Is it that secret where fellow stunters can't come out ?? Or is it something else?? It gets old getting the cold shoulder from ppl you look up to . :/

I am not sure who your refering to giving you the cold shoulder. The only way it would be otherwise is if you parked on the other side of the lot. I never took you as a person that needed someone to help you wipe yourself.

You put your bikes at risk because you want to... and I liked riding out to asi with friends to watch stunters ride around, you wanna make money off it cool, but I prefer watching it as a fellow rider. I always thought asi would be fine as long as you could just have riders up there, you have to practice right so show your fellow bikers yours skills, is that such a big deal? I go down to the alvin CiCi's now to watch them stunt but I really did enjoy the ride out there with a group of my friends was an excuse for a ride every week now its gone one less destination to ride weekly.

Its really hard to practice when your spot gets over run with Jabronis doing power wheelies and dodging trash that was left everywhere. Or the people that thought it was a car meet. Dont be hurt because asi is gone. If you liked it so much you should have been there picking trash up late at night after the stunters finished giving you and the other 800 people a free show but you werent. People can say that if everyone just picked up after themselves no one would have a problem. But this isnt a perfect world.
