Nolan does, but they're a modular helmet and the sound isn't that great.
The Scala Q2 works fairly well and can be added to most helmets, or you can get a good pair of in ear ones from amazon.

If you've got a bluetooth MP3 player this will work.

Or like Patrick says, Scala Riders work great.

I've only paired up one to another during a presentation from O'neal. Nothing at speed. A little uncomfortable due to the charger port in the back.

I'm "field testing" a Scala Q2 this week. We'll see how it works out.

I have that Element Blue Tooth helmet. Works great with my iPhone. I can hear my music at speed no problem but it is not so loud that it blocks things around me and my engine noise. Do not expect a high fidelity experience from these though.

Works great with my GPS also with an added Blue Tooth transmitter which can make any non blue tooth device work that has a standard headphone jack.

Here is a link to JM Corporation. They sell both Nolan and Arai with headsets in them, we have a set of the Arai full face with their audio installed - we use on the Wing and they work well. I have also bought and installed myself their Audio components with good results.

I've ridden with both the Nolan N-102 and the N-84 ... I've been happy with both. I've used both helmets for listening to my ipod and connecting (via bluetooth) my cell phones.

With both helmets (even while using ear plugs) the audio is clear and people don't even know I'm out riding.

The newer NCOM system does connect with bluetooth stereo
