Bike bandit has all the usual stuff too, like they do for the stuff. Ashley is good though. In general i've found british USA to be a little disorganized and I have to ride them a bit more than I'd care to, but other than that they've always been helpful and nice. Skyking has a bunch of accessory bits for ordering that can be hard to find elsewhere.

Patrick at Motorcycles Unlimited can get ANYTHING!!!

and if I recall correctly he can even tune the bike using the infamous "Tuneboy" system.

Good luck.

So parts aren't that hard to get? I'm thinking of a second bike, and I keep looking at the Thruxtons.

I wouldn't go that far.
Parts availability can be sketchy. Some items can take 2-3 weeks to come in, other times only a few days, and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason behind it.
That said, it would deter me from having a Triumph, particularly if it was a second bike and not my only form of transportation.

I'll still have the 636, my car, and my truck no matter which bike I get. It'll just be a playtoy. I don't wanna have to work on it more than I ride it, but it being down for a bit every once in a while won't be an issue.
