lookn for a good starter bike for my buddy... he's has a little experience on the street, but not much... im recomending msf, and this bike:

smaller? hes not gonna get a ninja 250 or 500, this bike is better of a starter than a gsxr600...

i will admit though... the bike is kinda pricey kbb retail is 4500.00
nada is: low-3500 high-4300.00

i would give him 3700-4000 for it cause it has 12k and its 2yrs old.
its looks to be in good shape, but looks can be decieving, remember that.
I live right down the street from that car lot. The guy is nice enough but i don't know if i would trust him too much, but he does have nice bikes for sure though.

i live in laporte also and that lot always has several bikes in there altho rarely seen at street level. wonder what's up with that,

i see 99-2002 half fairing high mileage sv650's on ebay going for 3400+ whats up with that? id gladly dish out couple hundred extra to get a newer cleaner bike....

they're fuel injected right?

Guy at my work is looking at that bike. They are good bikes. I don't know if they are good for first bikes. But if your friend gets it first its a nice bike, but I will be so off if I hear that your friend drops it while doing a wheelie or some sh*t on it cause that bike is clean.
