I believe the bare bones 600rr track models(without all the kit parts) sold for around this price or more over in japan.
For comparison, I paid nearly the same price for my HRC NSF100 and it was nothing compared to this.

I just moved to the Houston area & I'd really like to find out where I can get the best service in the Houston area for an RC31.

Any help will be much appreciated
