If the battery starts to get low, they'll send you notice in the mail along with a return envelope. Send it in and they send you a new one.

I've had to do this twice now. No big deal.

That sounds much more plausible Challen. Some people were doing lucky to be able to read the directions and mount the thing right, if your gonna tell them to service it themselves you might as well go ahead and ask Santa for a hot russian mail order bride, cause neither one is really gonna happen.

How long do they last for you?

When I rode in Monday I tried to use mine, for the first time in a LONG time, and even holding it up in the air at the entry gate it would not open, I ended up going around the arm.

I dont even carry mine. If I happen to it is under my rear seat. Plastic box type.

Just get the tag, and ride thru the lane. If it doesnt pick you up so what, that is there problem not yours.

When you get pulled over show the officer your tag or just tell him 'oh its in my other jacket.'

Not much can be done unless he wants to be a like the officer that sits on beltway 8 coming into greenspoint from 249..

Just dont ride the line, then you can get a ticket for dodging the toll.

Your plate doesnt have to be tucked very much, just a little added reverse angle and it wont be able to see it. Or be cool and get a flip plate and just rule out any future problems..
