chris, my diet then was way too much fast food and zero exercise. i changed my eating habits by eating less fast food and more grilled chicken and fish. i still eat fast food like 3 or 4 times a week, but i try and pick things from the menu that have high in protein and less fat. unfortunately i haven't stop eating fast food all together because my weight lose has reawlly slowed down compared to what it used to be. Another thing that i have come to enjoy after a work out is eating 6 hard boiled eggs without the yolk in a salad with grilled chicken. changing your diet is going to help a lot, but try adding some cardio about 3 or 4 times a week for 30 minutes at a time will also help a lot.

drink water...lots of water....1 drink almost a gallon a day.

start buying fruits you enjoy eating to keep your cravings down

lastly and most painfully.....cardio. try and jog for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week.

all natural on my side. i never messed with any type of supplements. not that i'm against them or anything, i just chose not to do them. just try to eat right and make sure to hit the gym and do cardio (worst part). i think having the discipline to keep up the work is the hardest part of getting in shape. but once you make it a part of your routine and start feeling when you don't work out, then you'll be alright. it'll become a part of your lifestyle. i've been working out for seven years straight and i like what it has done for me.

I'm 6'4 about 185lbs... getting more muscle tone, I've just never been able to get big. I've gotten alot stronger since I started working about about 5 months ago, but the size isn't coming to well.

I had to upgrade undershirt size so I know it's working... but it's taking to dang long, haha.

My chest is progressing a little faster than my arms... and I want my arms to get bigger sooner. What kind of arm workout do you guys do? I've always had thin arms... I need to get them bigger.

try this for biceps.....take whatever weight you normally use for bicep curl, and use half of it....

make a 90 degree bend with one arm and hold it while you do 5 regular bicep curls with the ohter arm....and switch....stop after 15 reps.....your arm should be burning pretty bad by now.

only downside is it makes you look like a wimp if girls are around...but my arms are pretty big, so i figure they think i'm doing something right.
