5'2", 129lbs here.
I would like to be somewhere around 123lbs.

I have a gym membership, but hate gyms.
Only having it for rainy days.
Most the time I run outside.

I ran there this morning.
I run at memorial or Rice.
I live right down the street from Allen parkway, but I prefer track over paved road.

Most of them are who weren't careful enough to run around alone 10PM-4AM (I mean, come on. What do you expect???).
There are tons of people around you 6AM to 8PM.

Today is the second day of my 5th week back in the gym.

When I went to Vitamin world to get my old again they had Muscle Milk protein on sale versus my normal favorite Isopure.. so I tried it and it seems allright, as long as it was on sale I'll buy it, but Isopure is my favorite.

I'm also taking creatine post workout, was doing it pre but I seem to have better results taking it right afterwards.

Centrum performance multi vitamin and once or twice a week I take a b-12 pill with my pre-workout shake.

OHyeah, and at night I take two ZMA pills.. that gives you some messed up lucid dreams btw!

For the next 12 weeks thats all I'm going to mess with, taking a week off of creatine every 6 weeks.

In the mean time I'm reading up on NO2 and a couple other things but in all honesty just starting out again they wouldn't do me that much more good as opposed to what I'm doing now.

As is, in the last four weeks, I went from 197 lbs up to 212 pounds as of last night. I've got another 12 pounds to go before I get close to where I was before the wreck.

I used to take glutamine before too, but really, I don't think it did anything, at least anything that I noticed.

NITRIX(NO2) works great but it'll take about 2 weeks to really kick in and start working but you'll have almost instant pumps and will feel like you can't lift anymore, it'll def. make you bigger, and with protien on top of that, thats the way to go.

what is gakic/thermo burst?
thermoburst is a thermogenic fat burner....basically it makes your body heat up and sweat more...(this is great for cardio people wanting to lose quicker)

gakic=..... fatigue resistance... You'll train harder, train longer gets rid of lactic acid and ammonia build up when doing lifts (good for strength building)

Mike, what was your diet then/now?

Paul, what exactly does your daily diet consist of? Caloric intake?

as far as dieting Courtney and I are on somewhat of a diet, we are just taking in less calories for now, and going to see what we can lose that way. So far Ive lost 3-4 lbs in 2 weeks.

My diet was pretty horrible, mcdonalds 2 times a day, and then like taco bell for dinner, added up my caloric intake and it was 3000+

after the diet, one day I was able to take in just 795(which is bad, I think 1200 and under and you starve yourself. So, Ive been trying to stay 1500 and under, which, in reality, is pretty easy. Pretty soon, we are gonna buy bicycles and ride together. Plus I live close enough to work and other places, that I might just leave the car at home and save on gas to boot.
