another workout thread

what stacks have you guys recently used that you recommend....

gakic/thermo burst/isopure protein......arms are way bigger than they used to be...and fatigue recovery is a lot faster.....

besides protein and creatine, what other supplements are good? theres so many to choose from, i dont know what worth it or whats .

i've stop doing heavy weight and now run 5 days out of the week and work out for 2 days out of the week. i'm gonna get smaller and stronger.

I work out 4 times a week.
Run 3 miles every other day.
Tried to eat a little less and careful about what I eat.
So far it's been working well.
Lost 5-6 pounds last month.
Need to lose another 5-6 pounds.
Plan to do that next 2-3 months, so it shouldn't be that hard.

It's just my knee's not doing so great.
Hoping my knee will hold up.

Try bike riding instead of running if your knees are taking a beeting.
