Where is a good shop to get susp tuned

I want to get my suspension tuned for my height and weight. Anyone know of a good shop to have this done. Another question: I am not an expert so I wanted to find out which is the compression adjustment and which one is the rebound adjustment on the front shocks. I ride an 06 gsxr 1000 and as many of you know there is an adjustment on the handlebars and one on the bottom of fork by the brakes.

I'll probably have to wait for the weekend before I can get out there. Probably Saturday. I have to get new brake pads for my back brakes anyway so I might as well knock out 2 birds with one stone.
