I know some ppl that have bought the e-bay ones and had no problem with them. The plastic ones are the best imo over fiberglass but thats just me. Fiberglass is cheaper i believe but could be wrong. As far as fit goes nothing imo will fit better than OEM factory replacements b/c they all come from casts made from originals.

just my 0.02 Good luck on the new plastics

As mentioned when you stopped by, I have experience with aftermarket, and obviously used OEM. Either fairing set will work, but OEM is at a completely different level than the ABS aftermarket.

I can find the OEM fairings you need if you would like.

Auctmarts sux! Period.

You can get street fairings from Sharkskinz. I'd recommend spending the extra coin for those. The ability to repair the fiberglass will offset the cost in case of an uneventful situation.

i got a set of after market fairings they were good but they had some issues with pieces not lining up. I had to use zip ties to keep part of them on there. .

I did go down at the track and the after market ones disintegrated The OEM i believe hold up a lot better. .
If you want to just look pretty the Aftermarket will work but if you want perfect alignment then the OEM is the way to go.

Oh and i used motofanclub fairings.

WERA!!!!!

Eric, you can find a full set on WERA for cheap (well actually plastics are 1 of the most expensive, but cheapER then anywhere else). Why? cuz racers buy stock bikes and throw race bodywork on them, then relize how expensive racing is and sell the OEM plastics for tyres

HongKong (EBAY) plastics are OK, you get what you pay for with them.

if you only need some parts stick with OEM, take your time and look with vendors, ebay, forums. Post what you need in forums, sometimes people have those parts laying around and don't bother posting them for sale. THat reminds me I have some stuff to put for sale.
