Does that surprise you? I thought CMRA made it clear that MSRH was a no-profit venue.

Linz or some other CMRA educated people,

If not mistaken the ninja 250 belongs in the F4 class in the endurance races, and to my knowledge that is considered a "Mini" class.

For the first weekend at Oakhill it says 5 hr. mini endurance, but then for ECR it says 6 hr. Big Bike endurance. Does that mean you can't run the 250 at both venues?

How does CMRA handle mini licensing? Fridays with big bikes?

The baby Ninja is an F4 bike, but it's also an E superstock bike, which is really an extension of the mini classes for all intents and purposes. You'd be hard pressed to get race control to approve one for BB endurance.

Yep! Usually if it is a Friday trackday preceding a mini-endurance race LSTD will have a session strictly for the mini's. But maybe Tom or someone can elaborate more on the subject.

It wouldn't really be SAFE to have 250's out on the track during a BB endurance, IMO

but there are abt eleventy billion pages on this topic on the cmra board... iirc - if msrh mgmt would change the cost to rent the track - it would be more of an option... as most of the safety issues/concerns have been resolved...

Of the dates that were offered, that was one of the better choices.
MSRH management has a history of being "unique".

Great info here guys! Ronnie, whats stay tuned mean??? A possible change this year? A date added in june? Or next year? My only problem with next year is it's not promised. And me being a lifelong Saints fan we always say next year and it never comes

With all seriousness, organizations are quicker changed from within.
I am going to nominate you in 2011, I hope you are passionate enough to accept the nomination and run.

Same Bat time, same Bat channel! I am being coy, but at this time I cannot divulge any more information. As soon as I can, the word will be out!

And the Saints are dangerous this year! Very good time to be a NO fan!

Just a CMRA excuse to sell more Advil and adult beverages in Henderson, Tx.

Just Kiddin'.
The 8 hour event at Oak Hill is a very popular mini event. Endurance racing is test of race prep, equipment, stamina, durability and race craft. And the longer the race the more critical these elements become!

TMGP started it, the CMRA is going to try and run with it! We hope to have your support.

If you book a MSRH date I HOPE it is to replace a Oakhill......As in take out the second Oakhill and have a MSRH date in June. If the newly seated BOD can accomplish this, I will feel even better than I already do about my BOD votes.
