You have the craziest opinions sometimes... this about whether you think it should be criminal or not... not if we should just be apathetic to whatever the goverment deals us.

What if people want to start making motorcycles illegal? Should we just accept it and conform? no! This is America and as Americans we need to fight for what we believe in and enjoy. IMHO

Okay, I agree with you on that. Pick your battles and pot is not really that important, indeed. I just do not understand some of the legislation behind it.

it's legal to carry an ounce in Denver, as someone on here said before. i saw a video from Boulder, CO university and like 5000 students smoked out in some park on 4/20. the US govt. just needs to admit it's full of and stop trying to put federal authority on something that's a state issue. State's rights are always being squandered and on top of that a lot of people are ignorant because of the government's orwellian propaganda organizations and faulty research generated by corrupt well sponsored scientists.
