So i got my first speeding ticket.

im not saying i wasnt speeding because i was and i got caught no big deal thats what happens when you break the law. my fault. what bothers me is that when i saw him i slowed down below the posted speed limit because i saw him coming up on me. as he turned his lights on he got beside me and pushed me onto the shoulder and i was wedged between his car and the concrete barrier. he then got outa the car grabbed my keys asked for my license and then got back in his car and backed up to about 15 ft behind me. he could have killed me or seriously injured me.

maybe he's been involved in the recent running attempts and is at every biker out there?

dunno, might be worth mentioning something to the station, they have all the footage from the squadcar archived right? I doubt you'll get out of the ticket but its kinda disturbing he was trying to run you off the road.

Yeah, I would show up in court on this one, even hire a lawyer just on principle. Popo are there to serve and protect, not run us over, doesn't matter if he is cause he didn't catch the last guy, he has no right to endanger you. Even if you agree that you were speeding does he have the right to endanger you, I don't think so...

At least file a complaint. You deserved the ticket just like you said, but you don't deserve to be forced off the road.
