The Dallas show last year did not have test rides. From what i have heard from another site it does not look they will have them this year either. I could be wrong though

Experiencing the new models first-hand and speaking with knowledgeable product specialists inside the show, gives you the best set of tools to properly evaluate your purchasing decisions before buying a new motorcycle. Brands vary by market but have recently included: Aprilia, BRP/Can Am Spyder, Buell, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, KYMCO, Moto Guzzi, Piaggio, StarŪ, Suzuki, Victory and Yamaha.

I'm thinking it says on the show website which locations will have test rides. IIRC the one in Long Beach did so I was thinking of hitting that show.
