Tire Experts out There???

Looking for a new front tire for a 2001 Kawasaki zx12r. The previous tire, was a Dunlop D208 P, which mohawked to the point of actually causing a bulge in the center of the tire with no tread. Found a D208 F. Anyone have any thoughts on the differences between the D208P vs the D208F

Depends on the type of riding ur doing. Perelli diablo streets are cheap and hold pretty good for street riding. Cycle gear has a couple sets left for $200.

+1

i remember all 208's as being "good on mileage", (aka hard as a rock). diabo streets are, in my opinion, the perfect blend of peformance and value.

I'm not fan of most of the Dunlops.
What type of riding do you do; commuting, cruising, aggressive street, 1/4 mile etc.?
Give me a shout at the shop and I can better advise you.

Hey Richard!

U already know my take on tires. I'd rather they grip then glide.
