i think in that perticular context it would have to mean 1:50.000 -1:50.999.
now, when me and my other slow friends r driving back home for a given trackday,we never-ever go into tenths much less hundreths and forget thousanths..........so context is very important IMHO
not being a racer and not a super fast person as majority know 1:50 for me is impossible so most would not even try to twist it were i think i am that fast cause i know i am not

Wait, now is that baby closer to 105 days old or 112? These guys are arguing over fractions of a second and here you go with complete DAYS.

yeah,thats what I mean.
its the same way with people i talk to(know),if i told them i ran high one fifties at TWS (Texas World Speedway),they would look cofused and say ".58 & .59 right".
but i if i sat at a camp fire around some of the fast guys here that dont know me and said the exact same thing they would assume i meant 1:50.000 - 1:50.999.
and if after a TD they called BS on me i'd say "i wasnt lying, technically".
.....

.......this question would be VERY different if it went ,meaning of 1:51's reguardless of decimal placement.
