Yeah, same suspenders as mine had... and ain't that good, plus no adjustment. More like a lateral move than an upgrade, which is why I don't have one. I looked at them real HARD when they came out but couldn't justify it.

I've ridden the older Busa and it seemed more cramped in the legs than the ZX12 and 14, and I have a lotta leg to fit at 6' 5".

Dunno... keep coming back to the 12R.. toss on an Ohlins or Penske in back, Racetech the front, drop down to a 180 rear from the 200, down a tooth in front and it's done. I like the fact that the fuel tank is mostly under the seat and keeps the "felt" weight low. Even with the 6" extensions and lowered I can still flick it around more than I would have thought.... just no ground clearance..

Plus I ain't taking any chances of messing Tims bike up so I'll need a second one...

Triumph Tiger or GS800F, I think they have the best of both worlds.

I'll hit you up when I get back in town!

But since I've ridden a couple Busa's already, pretty sure it won't change my mind... unless you've raised the seat, lowered the pegs and shortened the wheelbase 2-3 inches...

How did you shorten the wheelbase? I know it is raised in the rear, what about the front? I doubt you got 2-3 inches shorter WB by raising the back an inch.

Yeah, you need to come out in a couple weeks and ride with us... must warn you mine is tall and turns quicker than a TL1000.. and you know how twitchy those are. And mine is probably sitting at around 55" WB now stock was 56..... got me curious now gonna have to measure and see.

Measure yours if you have a square or a level.

j-mac loves his zx 14. he puts tons of miles on his and he's prolly 6' 5". he says it's comfortable. he has a throttle meister. he goes up to arkansas regularly. it's not that ugly. , the new concourse looks just like it. i like the fjr and concourse also.
