One motor job and like a gazillion oil changes later I'm at a little over 36k on my ex500, that I just took out earlier this evening (kinda chilly, brrrr....). The gixxer sixxer only has 20k, but it'll get there eventually.

One of my old buds had an old school honda (what's the precursor to the f3? An f2?) with over 90k, but it ran like , if at all.

Oh I thought he was just asking who rides a bike with the highest mileage on it. Would be kinda hard for anyone else to prove all the miles on their bike were their own original though.

That would be interesting to see who DOES have the highest mileage running bike here...

Talk to some Honda Goldwing owners. At their meets there are roped off areas for 100k,200k and 300k on original engine/transmission.

And those were from about 5 yrs ago. I hadnt checked if Honda made a 400k yet.

Check out high mileage SVs on SVRider. If memory serves correct, someone over there had 135 000 on an SV.
