I have a 08 kawi 250, I have stock tires and rims on it . What would the air pressure in the tire's be. I'm new to this and I wanted to check my tires.

Yup yup! I checked the tire pressure on my 250 this evening for my ride up to N. Houston tomorrow and that's what I put it at as well.
