Well you will get alot more for less with the NSR but, if you are ready for the big track then the SV is a great idea. Just getting on a track will remove that sissy title.

not intrested in the big track just thinking about upgrading from the gsxr... i guess if i sold the gsxr i could get a 01 sv and the nsr

Depends, stock they will run around 70. Bore kit and you can get close to 90 or so.

See how many professional AMA racers from TX?
There isn't much road to ride in TX, but handful of tracks.
SV's cheap, great potential bike.
I keep my SV on the street, so I'll stay outta trouble.
