Yea I think it is a stolen bike owner as well.

But they are kind of entitled to be a smart , no? Someone steals or is trying to steal something from me (car, bike, wallet, etc) and they are going to get more than me being a smart .

I think their ad is kind of funny. Just think if it works and the thief is that dumb... lol. If not what have they lost?

looks like someone might be buying a $500 beat down to me!

I left my key in my trunk the other day at U of H and somebody took it and left a note to call them. They answered and said " I have a set w/ 2 keys and a picture with a girl, What color is her hair?" I am think and say "you don't have my key buddy" then he says " well what do your keys look like?" i describe them and he says okay, come meet me here. The little trixter was trying to play me......
good thing he was nice!

even. 500? even if they were to find it, 500 is outrageous. I would just go to a lock smith and get a new one for 40 bucks and have then reset it too.

...I don't think you get it.

The owner had his/her bike stolen. They have the keys to the bike still...
