heres an idea, have a contest. however wants to can sketch out a design for the tshirt, then the senior members on here pick they're top 4 favorites, and after that everyone who IS buying a tshirt can vote for which one they like best. the votes count 1 point for every shirt you're buying. the member buying 1 shirt gets 1 vote and the guy buying a 100 gets a 100 votes. seems simple and fair.
