ya I'm planning on riding out. What's this "r" talk you speak of? Just keepin y'all posted if plans need to get switched. I been bummed at the trails More than once cause they close them for the littlest downpour. That's all.

Anybody on the NW side have spare room in their truck for me and My bike? I'd rather cage it up there if possible. Was gonna take my dads truck but he needs to go to San Antonio this weekend now. If not, no biggie.

I can throw your bike on my trailer. Don't have room in the cab of my S10 for another body, but I can haul your bike up for sure.

Sending you a PM.

Burgers & Beers

Ken (ktrs) is gonna bring a grill up on Sunday. If you'd like to bring some hot dogs, burgers, or whatever go ahead. I'll be bringing some beers for after the ride. Just an invite for peeps to chill before heading out.

In order to ride in the forest, there are 3 requirements.

1. an Off Road Vehicle permit (these can be purchased at Cycle Shack North or Honda of Houston (290 & West Rd.)) or you can call ahead of time and order a sticker from the state (512-389-8917). The cost of that permit is $8.

2. Your bike must have a Spark Arrestor (or if caught without, a ticket will be issued).

3. $5 daily guest fee or a $25 annual pass....which can also be purchased through the state.

Last year, there were 20 of us....let's see what this year brings.

i can pick you up on my way up. would save you some seat time.

anyhow, Irak, no spark arrestor in that pipe. Just pulled it off the shelf and looked through it. Nothing to catch those tiny sparks. Sorry.
