No, I was behaving. Besides, my street bike isn't that loud, and I was also had a passenger. Combine that with not wanting to outrun my headlights it was just 60mph cruise in 50deg weather.

a month ago we encountered 3 wooden pallets in the middle of the turn in 3 different sections of fulshear (south side of I-10). It was obviously intended to hurt bikers.....

Seems like if it was official road work they should have put up a loose gravel sign. Furthermore, if someone is purposely littering the road with debris and someone is hurt or killed then they stand to have a world of brought down on them legally and civilly.

*LEARN A LESSON HERE*
Ride your route at the PSL once to get a look at the road conditions and confirm all is well and then open it up. Quick, easy and could save your life.

Debris on the road isn't necessarily put there deliberately. Things fall off the back of trucks all the time. Once on 1093 between Simonton and Wallis I almost got hit by a hay bale falling off a truck. It landed just in front of me and I was able to swerve around it.

If you want to ride RR do a first pass at moderate speed to make sure the road is clear.

I was following a car that began throwing fried chicken bones out the window. I had to swerve to miss them until I could get by.

They weren't throwing them at me, they just tossed 'em up and out and nearly hit me... about 10 times.

And they would be right. Riding that fast could get you jail time but it doesn't justify taking the law into ones own hands and hurting/killing somebody.
A U-turn at a traffic light controlled intersection is also illegal but I don't think you should be allowed to try to kill me for it...
