this definitely didn't happen in the 'noob' group. i wanna say it was the tail end of the faster group. we were moving at a pretty good clip when 2 other riders and myself came up on the scene.

He actually got 3 compliments at the shell station before we left on how great the bike looked. Ill have the pics of the crash and what it looks like in my garage soon. He's doing fine suprisingly(sp) considering they said he was tossed about 20-30 feet over the handlebars. He's got little scratches on his hands and stiff all over but that's about it. Ill probably up load the pics on Monday when I get to the office (dang G1 won't let me do anything). He said he will be back riding in no time.
been there, done that
minus the totaled bike
man those turns are misleading

We rode by just as the bike was being put on the truck.... Glad the rider made it out ok. The bike can be replaced. Be careful out there

He's not sure if he wants to part it out yet, he wanted me to ask if there is any qualified shop or shops that can check the forks, frame and swingarm for any damage before he goes and invest any money in it or try to get some money out of it.

He's also got way better pics of it in the weeds but they won't load on my G1, these are just the pics I could snap once I road back to the crash site. If anyone is wants the tail cover piece and a windsheild and a few other things they should still be in the water down there. Just a thought.
