Need help! How do i strap my bike in the truck??

Ok guys, NOOB herre! had my bike a few months and never trucked it anywhere and lookin at it i dont see exactly where to strap it in. Do i need to strap the back? anything will help....


Have a ranger style truck.

You can "wrap and loop" a tiedown around the each clip on and then strap it down to the hooks on the bed of the truck

got a K5 gsxr and dont really want to strap it over the faring. should i go under the wheel well?

Two straps on the front. A lot easier with a canyon dancer, but can be done without.

Personally, I never strap the back, but everyone has a different opinion.

like aj flo said. put a strap loosely on each side. sit on bike and pull both side straps evenly and tight.

Ratchet style. was thinking that i could use the shock towers? stabilize it in the middle then drive around the block to see how stable it is? or is that a big no no putting outward force on the forks?

shock towers..? :eh:

do as suggested before, use the end of your strap that has the hook, and pull the strap through the closed loop on your hook. then, wrap that loop (that you just pulled through) around your handgrip.

does your truck have tie-down loops at the bootom/front corners of the bed?
