The last SV I rode there was 10 seconds off that pace and it seemed like it was flying. Good job of riding.

You know, 99% of the videos posted on MH are , but this one is good stuff - wheel to wheel racing rules! Chris has the motor and rides a solid race here, albiet playing catch up much of the time. It might have paid off, too, it weren't for some lappers. Dustin is always a demon on the brakes and with his corner speed, and makes it hard for Chris to maintain the point. Dustin gets in front in all the right places in this race, and if you've ever raced elbow to elbow with him, you know that he can get wide when he needs to. When Dustin runs it up under the lappers in T3 on the last lap, you pretty much know it's on to the finish line, but Chris gets balked a bit by a provisional guy going into the T10 sweeper and the deal has been sealed. Chris rides the out of his bike to make Dustin work for it. Cool video.

Yeah, we ran 16/49 in the endurance race, Dustin said that he thought another tooth on the rear would have helped. I had a 50 mounted on a carrier ready to go, just never thought about it until afterward.
Motor on that bike is a little soft, we've never even done the cam swap. I doubt it even makes 70hp.

Haha he had to run that gearing with the head wind that we had. I was also up one in the back compared to what I normally run. So either way if both our gearing where at where they should be the outcome would have been the same on straights. Between 11-12 I wanted that taller gearing.

I touched Romeo's bike prior to the race

that gave him the edge in the straight
