1:51.924 *on an SV*

I'm a little late on the congrats - but just wanted to give some props to Chris for running the fastest lap of the day on an sv this past sunday.

Congrats on the podium man!

For those who would like to see the on-board video of his race:

As I get more and more into learning about track racing I learn something all the time and the one thing I see the most is that you dont need an expensive ducati or R1 to be the fastest. I'm sure it would be nice though ...lol

Just wanted to clarify that Chris' time was the fastest out of all the SV 650's... not the fastest lap of the entire day - that title goes to Ty Howard in Race #14 - AVTEQ - Superbike A EX / Superbike A NV - where he ran a 1:43.041 on a Kaw ZX-10R.

Romeo's bike is "stock".

Dusty D was running Rich Desmond's endurance bike, which I thought was breathed on a bit... apparently the breath at Sam's Cycles is a little stronger?

I've got a couple more motors in the works one that should be a little bit more nasty lol. I just gotta figure out how to get the tires to stop sliding

If he was running a stock SV or similar....I'd agree.

Now if I could just manage 1:55's on the GSXR 750. Ty with a 1:43. Where the do you find 17 seconds to shave off the "average" Advanced trackday rider? that's fast...and the reason I don't race. I'd kill myself trying.

Nope our endurance bike was bone stock. Just wish I could get the times on it that Dustin did!
