Probably the gasket in the oil cooler/filter block. I have replaced couple of these.

Sorry for the late reply; my boy is a service manager at mancuso off of 59 he called and said there is a recall on these bikes and he said something about some type of oil leak. I was to stoned to remember the rest . Just call and ask them .

Yeah, +1 on the valve cover gasket. That's old news. Had that replaced months ago.

it seems like every other kawi has the same or at least very similarly designed and non functioning peice of valve cover gasket. play-doh would do a better job than that thing. i havnt worked at mancuso in like 2 years or something, but we saw that everyday. i am amazed they are just now recalling them.

i guess they finally got tired of replacing engines under warranty or something.
