He should need more proof than that. BTW you never went over the speed limit. Or you got caught up in a group of speeding cars and had no choice but to accelerate. A lawyer shouldnt bee too much for this. Also, probation is gonna cost you. If you fug up while on it your double screwed.

suddenly the $25 to get into houston raceway park looks really cheap. hmmm.
.
.
sounds like your probably going to get some jail time especially if you were already on probation before. A lot of places are cracking down on repeat offenders.

if you cant do the time or pay the fine, dont do the crime.....

audis are expensive cars right? judge sees you were drivng an audi off of the ticket, he knows you can afford the fine.....

one post you say no priors, another post you say you can't go BACK? are you referring to being in jail before posting bail for this? if that's the case you probably didnt even make it out of the holding tank long enough to experiance "jail" time

That's not your choice bub. Bail is only to get you out before trial. Once/if you're convicted you could goto jail based upon the punishment phase post trial. I suggest you flee to Mexico and live there the rest of your natural life to avoid punishment.

how long were you in there? If i were you, I would just sit it out and wait a few days to go in front of the court with the appointed lawyer ( 3 days ).

I got time for doing a wheelie a few years back. Bail was 500, but i sat in there for a few days. I didn't even get a room until the 3rd day. The appointed lawyer suck . He didn't even wanted to look at the case so he just told me to plead guilty and pay for the fines get license suspended and ect. I decided to get bail out and get my own lawyer. After almost a year of rescheduling court day, I got time serve and pay for the court fee. I believe it was around 200.

hit me up if you want a lawyer that doesn't charge an arm or leg for a Class B case.
