I think a better original question would be: Why did you buy a sports bike if you do not ride it the way it was intended to be ridden? Just as you are pointing out with your follow up question. I bought my current sports bike to do just that.......ride it the way it was intended to be ridden.

Ok... while we're at it, exactly what determines/where how a 'sportbike' is intended to be ridden? :-)

I found this...
Quote:
A sport bike is a type of motorcycle under the street classification and is generally designed for optimised performance at the expense of comfort, passenger/load capacity, and other features.
Quote:
With the emphasis of a sport bike being on speed, acceleration, braking, and maneuverability, there are certain design elements that most motorcycles of this type will share.
I have yet to find anywhere, that states they are 'intended' to be ridden to the wall, 2x-3x the speed limit... much less on one wheel, sitting on the bars/clip-ons etc.

supersport bikes are BUILT FOR THE RACETRACK

I'm not gonna read the whole thread but I don't think anyone has said they were built or intended for stunting...I hope you are a cool dude in person, bc online you're a douchebag

So Adam started a thread for drama, he does that sometimes, do you have to repeatedly chime in?! Who cares how others ride their bike, ride yours, and stop .
