my weekend

friday started off with tom allowing me to run friday and work on my own stuff. thanks tom, that break from workin really helped . so i spent the whole day riding the 750. that bike is fun to ride around on . after riding the 750 all day i decided to hop on the sv, holy cow they are slow did one 10 minute session on it than ran the mock race on it. its a blast playing with the mighty gixxer of 99chris. on the main straight i thought i was gonna get blown off the track he passed me so fast. anyways it was another great day with LSTD. perfect weather and very few crashes and th boss taks his own advise hope he feels better and doesnt kill me when he reads this.

now for sunday. woke up and left the house by 4:45 and drove to TWS (Texas World Speedway). got all the normal morning busy stuff taken care of and went out in practice on the sv and i noticed a little chatter. i figured aw ****it ill live with it. first race came and i was able to run 54's. the front end was chattering like crazy. it sucked. once back in the pits my pit crew consisting of my dad and badapple aka my pitbitch and we decided to figure out the problem, well we figured it out and put a washer where there wasnt one and needed it. im not telling yall where. ok time for race two. grid up and take off like a bat out of (a slow bat cuz the sv's dont have alotta power) WOO HOOO!!!!! no more chatter and pulled the times down to 52's and got 2nd. race 3. sams as before except for a lot of passing for the lead and holy 1:51.somethin on a sv. which was the fastest lightweight tim i think. the bike was sliding all over the place. gotta thank michilin for finally giving me some feel and consistancy. which gave me the confidence to slide like i was. but there was definitly some OH !!!! moments in there. you'll see in the video lol. i got 2nd in that race too. ****in dustin domiguez

thats it for the highlights.
i would like to thank : tom anderson and the rest of the LSTD crew. yall are the , my dad and sams motorcycles for providing the bikes and money to go race. badapple, switch, and a big thanks HENRY for setting up all the video related stuff. watching the races afterwards helped a bunch. and thanks to marcus mcbain and danny kelsey for the washer that gave me a little over 2 seconds

Bubba, you were flying out there on the SV! I was a bit surprised when you caught, passed, and then gave a big gap to Eric Falt! I didn't really expect (though I knew you had the ability) you to do that after not racing all year.

Friday I didn't have anything for you on the might gixx... you and I were hooked up for about 3 laps and then you left my @!

Congrats man, we're all really proud of all the LSTD racers!

Dude, you were hauling the mail on that SV.
I noticed you were sliding around a lot.
Made for a good show.

Thanks!

Yea I was. I think if I can solve the sliding problem 51's will be more plentiful and easier to run. That bike is coming apart sometime this week so I can get everything freshened up for next year. Hopefully we can figure out If it was a problem with the suspension or if it's just how I was riding it. Lots to figure out before next year
