No doubt a sad day. A co-worker turned me on to SRV in teh day. We were riveting brake shoes at the time and that dude would drop his brake shoes (big 18 wheeler type) and just go to town with ugly faced air guitar and 'singing' perfomances with his headphones on. I borrowed his cassettes and was totally into it. I mostly listened to the radio in the morning and he would listen to his SRV tapes so he didn't hear the announcments of SRV's death at first. I ended up telling him during our break and man.. he was crying... hardly worked at all the rest of the day, then went out to get drunk.

Bummer.

And now back to geeky guitar bits that Scootertrash would never understand. :icon_bigg
