I slipped back into to low 1.60's but still ran a 9.50@145. It was a stiff North wind. Best mph was 145 which is down 1-3. I ran a 10.00 on Joes with a really short shift to 2nd and a 10.61 on Burkes with 1 pass on each. I let both make a pass on mine. They both took it way to easy and decided their next pass they were gonna really do it. I wanted back on though. I think Joe did a 10.3x and Burke a 10.6 or 8.

Cool, at least Burke now knows what the 10s feel like..and Joe an 10.00s..... A 9.50 aint bad at all, especially in a head wind....Head wind can EASILY kill 1-3 mph...

We going friday? I'm ready to drop the hammer on this bish....especially after this weekend at the Mile.

I didnt really pay much attention to many cars there. Im all about cars till Im there on the bike. Then Im just wondering which car is gonna fug up and oil the track.
I have every intention on being there on Fri. I have to figure out where Im gonna shave .11 from to reach the 9.39 goal I have for the nitrous headache.

I need to lose .1 from the 330' and about .05 from the 60'. You know thats a tall order.

I dont really see it as a thing. Im a puzzy. I dont really think it dangerous. Im not riding on the edge either. I would be fatser if my were bigger. Its fun and a challenge. People think its just riding in straight line. Riding in a srtaight line is easy. Seeing just how fast you can do it is the hard part.

You hit the nail on the head. I read what my bike is supposed to do, with a professional rider. I wouldn't expect to come within 3 seconds of that. I don't know that I have the to push it like that. I am still breaking in the vmax, got about 800 miles on it. I ran 9.92 in the Chevelle friday night with a real cage around me. That seems a little safer. Call it what you like, I will still call it . Fast fuggers.

I need to find out what the 10s feel like on my junk. I'll get better as I make more passes I guess.

I have decided that I definitely need an air shifter. I liked dragging my feet when I made a pass on Rob's bike. I don't make Team money though, so it will probably be awhile before I get one.

Team money. At leat you have the restraint to save enough to pay cash for a new truck or make 2k notes to pay off a car,or have a college fund for a week old kid, ect, ect.
Its soooo easy to say" Its only 400 bucks" or babe I have to buy the thousand dollar exhaust so people dont try to run over me, or 700.00 Bazzaz so you can get the bikes potential, or 1k swing arm cause your a bish and dont like wheelies. ect, ect

I would be willing to let you wear my for a few passes to check it out. You can get by with a leather jacket, gloves, and reg. boots if you shut it down before 120 mph.
