Thumbs up Can Food Drive / Christmas Party at Hooters

Hey All

I am promoting/hosting an event at yet to be designated Hooters, probably the first week of December. The goal is to have a Christmas bash and largest can food drive.

It should be lots of fun as I have the following sponsors so far:

1. Hooters (of course) will be providing a location and drink specials along with buy 10 get 10 free wings if you come on a bike.
2. AFX Helmets will be providing prizes for drawing or person with most can foods donation - they will be giving helmets away of course.
3. K's Motorsport will also be giving away prizes.
4. Glitz Dolls and the Models.

I have the following on pending approval:

1. KRBE radio station trying to get Special K out there.
2. Budweiser - donating prizes
3. Harley of Woodlands (if Tree get them)
4. Another unnamed radio station.

Anyways I wanted to let everyone know so we can get the word out early. Bring 5 can goods and qualify for the prize drawings. This is for a good cause for those who are less fortunate during the Holidays!

I will post more details as I finish up the plan with the sponsors!

Regards
Elm

Have you narrowed down to which hooters you might want to host it at? I know Humble is one of the few locations that serves liquor (if that is something to consider.... I'll be in a truck and will be getting my Christmas drink on wherever it's at haha)

Harley Davidson of Kingwood might be interested... I will check with them tomorrow....

just keep us updated on the date and location

AND I just got SHIFT RACING - they are going to send some stuff!! Woohoo!

Keep us updated on this one.
+1 We can all pile in someone's SUV, carry more cans AND get our drink on. I got a compact grocery getter. Anyone in Katy/SW with a big car wanna volunteer?

Tentative Date is 6 Dec at Humble Hooters.

K's Motorsport is donating a couple helmets, shirts, gloves for the prizes.
Bionic Gloves donating gloves.
AFX helmet donating helmets.
Shift Racing donating misc gear.

5 canned foods get you a ticket for the drawing.
