the frame of the r6 actually melted... i saw the entire thing from him setting it down to him limping away to the fire being put out... terrible incident... sucks to have your bike just snatched away like that.. no damper+bumpy road+ cant clutch up= devastion.....

They have tried to make that stuff stick in the past but the DAs have had trouble with it. It is hard to prove that you just weren't in the same place at the same time by coincidence. I was on 225 watching them drag race a few years ago when a raid went down and was ticketed but it was dismissed before the court date even came up. They shut down the whole freeway and ticketed everyone on the freeway at the time for watching. This was back when everyone hung out on Center Street in Deer Park. (I am sure you went out there to since you live in the area as well.) Ticketing for watching is like being ticketed for watching someone speed down the freeway.
