i am selling a 2007 honda cbr 600 and and a spare motor to go with it. I am selling as a race bike because i DO NOT HAVE A TITLE. the bike is real good shape, i started trying to convert back to street bike but have not been able to come up with money for a new frame. i hate to let the bike go because with a titled frame the bike is excellent for the street. if you want to use it for the track then im sure you wont mind it the way it is. since i have had it i have purchased everything from lights, radiator, some plastics and kickstand to try to get ready for the street again but just dont have the money to finish. there are no numbers on the frame, so a title for this fram is not obtainable. like i said before, im selling as a race bike, stunt bike etc. if you do not want the spare motor the price for the bike is $2900. the pictures show the time from when i got the bike to the way it is now. call 281-851-0954

My money is on the fact that this bike is probably slightly warm to the touch.

And when I say "slightly warm" I mean HOT, as in stolen...

Yes, you can buy "blanks" without VIN's for offroad use.

In the link below there is a guy selling a frame for an R1. That is probably why you saw it, nick.

yes exactly I have seen spares with this.. so how would somebody acquire one.. I know that an r1 frame is not for off road use.. but lets face it our bikes although fun on the street are meant for one purpose "track use". I mean why build a street bike that can go 170 off the show room floor..

+ 1 if you wreck your bike and need another frame, they dont give you another one with a VIN it just comes blank

That is my friends bike Kenny. He bought the bike the way it is minus some faring parts. Hi friend lost the title and he never bothered on getting one because money issues he is in a bind with money. He had rode with us a couple of times. His sc name is EZSPEED on here. He planned on fixing her up and get a title but has moeny issue that he doesnt want to spend the money on that he rather spend it on something he actually needs.

His friend needs to apply for the lost title.

I'm sure he is aware that in TX you can not legally sell something that you do not legally have title to... Food for thought.
