I dont know the guy, but I did recognize the name. I wasnt even gonna ask if it was in fact him. He isnt the first to run and get caught. He certainly wont be the last. Im sure he is gonna get the book thrown at him. I hope he has bail monies, its gonna be high. Im willing to bet if he doesnt take a plea. this will go on for at least a year in court. I could see this costing between 5-10 thousand to stay out of jail.

He prob did say that to the cops. If he's stupid enough to run, he's stupid enough to say he did it for fun.

Probably Dianese Santa Monica jacket. I remember him leaving with that on most the time that week. No it wasn't planned but he always said he runs and won't stop. We all told him he shouldn't do that =/ I guess it just caught up to him. I know it was stupid but I just hate to think that a 19 yr old going to college for engineering possibly ruined his life...

you know what would really be funny, is if this thread was brought up in his sentencing, and how dude always bragged about running and told his friends that...........judge would luv that.

I just had a file come across my desk. DPS crash investigation of a DUI fatality. 3 minors in the vehicle. All 3 ejected. Registered owner was the fatality. Cops assumed he [registered owner] was the driver...until an investigator looked at one of the girl's facebook pages and saw that she posted that she was the driver.
BAM! intoxicated manslaughter.
Sometimes, I suppose, the internet IS serious business.

you have a right to remain silent, anything you say or post on the internet can and will be used against you in a court of law.....

'cause she was d-u-m-b!

The file actually had the cops building the timeline of the night off of her and her friends facebooks. Who went where, with who, et cetera.

At least he walked away with his life, money, jailtime and a bad record is not even a comparison to being buried with all your family around crying just cause you think your a bad a$$ with a fast bike.

Think about how you'd feel if he crashed and took a few innocent people out with him, maybe even a family with small kids.

BTW, check your PM. I know an excellent Lawyer. Maybe you can get his info to Edgar?

I used to ride with a group of guys that would run from the cops if they were all riding together so I stopped riding with them, screw that. Funnier thing is that one of the dudes was an APD detective.

Dont think that's the same Edgar. That's exactly what i thought at first too. Black240 is SE, Cycle Gear Edgar is SW and was NOT a member on here.
