I'm not sure if that's the same model, but I almost bought one last year.. the thing was 500+ bux.. BUt it was awesome. the brakes, wheels etc were all upgradable.. very sweet toy..

I bought a Skyline HP Racing car back in the day. I think it was the RTR3 or something. was like $400 but it was quick and so much fun. Then I wrecked it going 35mph into a curb and it shattered into pieces. That was not cool at all.

Definitely not so cool. But I bet the look on your face as the pieces were flying 50 feet in the air was priceless.
