it could just be an ipod... not a phone. ipod touch maybe?

Nope, pretty sure that's a blackberry curve. He/she would have had trouble controlling an iPod touch seeing as how that lean angle would have made the screen flip to landscape mode... you probably would have seen him/her struggling to look at it right side up. Definite pain the a$$.

Cool pic though. They make it look so easy. I'm gonna go out and try with my gf right now...
