I am the same way, but I haven't seen it yet. It's in my Netflix queue though. I think I'm a bit scared to watch it though. lol

I like fast food so I think I'm gonna pass on the movie and book. I kinda like how I eat so much but prolly dont get the nutrients I need daily. Thats prolly why I'm so lazy. I guess why we're called the "Fattest City.." or something like that...:eh:

Seen it. I actually learned about organic foods from an old friend a few years ago. He is about 32 now and looks like he is 17 still. So he has been my living example of why it is so important to evaluate the kind of food you are stuffing in your face. For those who say they are active and exercise know this. 60% of your health is through diet. 20% Exercise and 20% Rest. So, your thought process will eventually catch up to you mathematically. Yeah sure there are the few odd who eat Big Macs forever and look healthy. Ask that dude to run a mile though or ride his bike around the track a few laps. Can anybody say heart attack?

organic foods are good, i think. it's just so hard to escape from G.E., etc foods. the food market is so spread out now you'd have to really limit your choice of foods or spend a lot on organic

A while back the FDA was trying to figure out how to define an organic product. *sigh* Basically it comes down to how un-organic can it be before you can't call it organic anymore. Too much BS in the FDA.

Who knows what the you're eating anymore. :eh:
