Bad Street Tracker

They put this bad boy together for under $8K.
Of course, it helps if you know a lot of people in the industry when building something like this.
I'd love to throw one of these things together piece by piece.

That thing is b'dass!!! Scorpio, if you like those types of handcrafted cafe racers & bobbers, check out pipeburn.com. It will blow your mind on what custom bikes can be.

Also google search deus ex machina. I think there outta Australia but the way the fuse clean styling with retro bikes is simply amazing.

i like it! i want to build an old bike like that. but i dont really know about building bikes. i think once i build my garage though im gonna do a trial by fire kind of thing.

Half the fun of building a bike like this if finding out what will work and modifying things to make them work. It's like a puzzle. The closer you get to completion, the more exciting it gets.
At least thats how it was for me with with my last project.

what did you build?

have you ever seen those rolad sands cafe racers that he made from dirtbikes?

i want to build one of those! a modern 450 with ohlins suspension and street wheels, man that would be cool!

Just to clarify the first bike posted isn't intended to be in the cafe racer style. It's a modified dirt tracker style for the street. Think xr750. Not nortons and triumphs.
