Help with an 07 GSXR 600

So my roommate has an 07 GSXR 600 bone stock. He got it used at 7k miles and rode it around for a month or so; the bike has its FI(1) light on but the dealer says it has to do with the stock exhaust. The value will not open sometimes and what not. The bike doesn't start one day unless we jump start it. We replace the battery since the bike didn't choke on start up, and it fixed the problem.

A few months later, the bike won't start up so we replaced the spark plugs and it was dirty. Since they were dirty, we replaced the oil and filter as well. Bike starts up and runs fine.

A week later, bike heats up to 240ish with white smoke coming off while riding with the fans on. I checked his coolant and it was low so we replaced it. It ran fine for 2wks.

Bike won't start again and I am here now to ask help.

Won't start as in won't run or won't turn over.
Do you have a meter and can you check battery voltage?

Check the battery voltage, is it at least 12 volts?
When you hit the starter button do you hear the starter relay click?
