I have friends who have gone to Mancuso's, and even Stubbs. All good. Most peeps have taken the course only once, and so if they had a good experience, at that one place they went, then that's a good recommendation. On the same token, they have not taken it elsewhere so as to compare which is better than another. So just keep that in mind.

Ill prolly be goin in a week. How long does it take to get there from galveston? I live in friendswood and im a lil worried i might not make it cause of traffic.
