Tuning a gsxr?

Who would you reccomend for tuning? Who have you used? I've tuned cars before (mainly honda's) but I dont have a Wideband anymore & you cant really ride with a laptop on a bike with you

Anyway.. It has a pcIII & ignition module. Only real mods are full yosh exhaust & k&n filter. Just wanna make sure the tune is on.

Good luck.

We can tune it for you. However, in all honesty, unless you've got more mods than what you've listed there's not much to be gained.

First thing to do is download the appropriate map off the DJ site and see if it improves.. more than once I've seen a PC bolted on and left with the stock map.

True but if it will run just fine without it (the PC)

I really dont plan on doing anything motor-wise to the bike. Cause if I do it will never stop and end up being turbo'd

If it ain't broke.... Call clay about the frame recall though.

I ran a full system with an air filter last year w/o a PC w./o any issues.

You can try it by unplugging the PC and see if it's better or worse.

It does have one issue. It wants to die when you first start it & about the first minute its running. After that. Perfect. Ill check it out when I get home. I d/l the PC software to my laptop so I can go mess with it later.
